Damage &
cancellations.
Every order is printed here in New Mexico’s East Mountains and mailed to you. If your plans change or your print arrives damaged, contact Aaron with your quote reference so we can help.
Before printing starts
You can cancel your order before printing begins. If you have already paid and the order is cancelled before production starts, we’ll refund the full order total, including shipping. Unpaid quote requests can also be cancelled.
Email aaronnewe@gmail.com or call/text +1 916-812-6248 as soon as possible. Include your quote reference and say that you want to cancel. Aaron will confirm whether printing has started and the cancellation outcome.
Once printing has started
Cancellation may no longer be possible because material and printer time have already been used. Contact Aaron promptly; we’ll confirm whether work can be stopped and explain any available refund before agreeing on the next step. Once a package has been mailed, we cannot stop it through the website.
A cancellation message does not automatically change your order status or issue a refund. Aaron will reply with confirmation. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; your payment provider controls when the credit appears.
If your delivery arrives damaged
Please contact Aaron promptly with your quote reference, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the print, the box or envelope, and the protective packaging. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue.
We’ll review what happened and work with you on a replacement or refund for an item damaged in delivery. Please arrange any return with Aaron before mailing anything back. We’ll confirm the remedy and any return instructions directly with you.

Your quote lists the model, size, quantity, colors, total price, shipping cost, and estimated dates. Request changes through your private order link before approving. Printing starts after payment is confirmed, according to our one-printer schedule. Mailed orders are delivered by the carrier; estimated mailing dates are not delivery guarantees.
These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
